1. Service Scope
Our homecare, clinic or community acupuncture service offers personalized acupuncture sessions in the comfort place, designed to support wellness, relaxation, and recovery. Each session includes:
Pre-session consultation
Acupuncture treatment (60-90 minutes)
Post-session care recommendations

2. Booking & Availability
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Service areas currently include : North Kuta, South Kuta, Kuta, Denpasar, Ubud,Tabanan, Gianyar
Sessions are available Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

3. Pricing & Payment
Acupuncture sessions start from IDR 750,000 per visit.
Payment is due before treatment
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or digital wallets (e.g., GoPay, Dana).

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

5. Practitioner Conduct
Our practitioners are certified, professional, and committed to providing safe and respectful care.
Practitioners will arrive with all necessary equipment and follow strict hygiene protocols.

6. Client Responsibilities (for home visit)
Please ensure a clean and quiet space for treatment (e.g., bed or mat, minimal distractions).
Inform us in advance of any health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy.
For safety reasons, another adult must be present during the first visit if the client is under 18 or requires assistance.

7. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to decline service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
Clients with infectious diseases or open wounds may be asked to postpone treatment.

8. Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing holistic care.

9. Liability Disclaimer
Acupuncture is generally safe when performed by trained professionals. However, minor side effects (e.g., bruising, lightheadedness) may occur. By receiving treatment, clients acknowledge and accept these potential risks.

10. Treatment Refunds
As a general rule of thumb, we don’t refund services, but if you’re not happy with your treatment, please reach out to us at
